Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Planzee account and all of the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Planzee and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm (re-enter your password, or confirm if you signed in with Google).
- Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email privacy@pablocabrera.dev from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Planzee account". We verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent and removes all of your data, including:
- Your profile (email, name, username, country, avatar) and login credentials
- Your cards, payments, calendars, categories and income data
- Reminders, notification settings and registered devices
- Shares you created and invitations addressed to you
- Achievements and AI recommendation history
- Subscription records held on our servers
What we may keep, and for how long
A subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store is billed by the store, not by us — cancel auto-renewal in your store account (Google Play → Subscriptions, or App Store → Subscriptions) so you aren't charged again; deleting your Planzee account does not cancel a store subscription. Anonymized, non-identifying records required for security, fraud prevention or legal/accounting obligations may be retained for a limited period, after which they are removed.
