Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Planzee ("the app", "the service"), a personal-finance calendar published by CANAV Software. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Planzee is (and isn't)

Planzee helps you plan payments, card cut-off and due dates, income and reminders on a calendar, and share cards or calendars with people you split money with. Planzee is a planning tool, not a financial institution and not financial advice. It does not move money, connect to your bank, or store full card numbers, CVV codes or banking credentials. Amounts and dates you see are the ones you (or the people you share with) typed in — always confirm balances and due dates with your bank.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).
• One person per account; don't sell, transfer or share credentials.

3. Plans, subscriptions and billing

Planzee offers a free plan and paid subscriptions:

• Free — supported by ads (see the Privacy Policy for what ad partners process), with limits on the number of cards and on sharing.
• Pro — removes ads, lifts the card and sharing limits, and adds custom categories.
• Premium — everything in Pro, plus AI-assisted suggestions (see below).

Auto-renewing subscriptions. Paid plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund partial periods except where required by law.

How you pay. Depending on where you subscribe, payment is processed by — and subject to the terms of — one of our authorized sellers:

• In the mobile app — through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They are the merchant of record: they charge you, handle applicable taxes, and manage renewals and refunds under their own terms. Manage or cancel from your App Store or Google Play account.
• On the web — through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy charges you, collects and remits applicable taxes, and issues your receipt. Manage or cancel from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt.

Prices and taxes. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase and may vary by country and channel. Applicable taxes (such as VAT, IVA or GST) are handled by the seller and may be added to, or included in, the price shown. We may change prices, plans, features and limits; a price change takes effect from your next renewal, and material changes to paid features are announced in the app before they affect you.

Trials, beta and promotional offers. We may offer free trials, closed-beta access, or discount codes (for example, a beta code that makes a plan free for a limited time). Unless stated otherwise, such offers are limited, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, are limited to one per user, and — where a trial converts — become a paid subscription at the standard price unless cancelled before the trial ends. Beta and early-access features are provided "as is", may be incomplete, and may change or be removed.

AI suggestions (Premium). Premium includes AI-generated insights about the information you entered. These are general, automated suggestions for your convenience only — they are not professional financial, investment, tax or legal advice, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are solely responsible for any decision you make. Currency conversions and foreign-exchange figures shown are indicative estimates for display, not a quote or a money-transmission service.

4. Sharing features

When you share a card or calendar, the people you invite can see — and, if you make them editors, change — the data on what you shared. You control your shares and can revoke them at any time; revoking removes the other person's access but not changes they already made. Only share with people you trust.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload malicious content.
• Don't probe, overload, scrape or attempt to bypass the security of the service.
• Don't use the service to spam or harass (including via share invitations).

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules; where reasonable we'll tell you the reason at sign-in.

6. Your data

Your planning data belongs to you. We process it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time; deletion is completed within 30 days.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Planzee available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We may add, change or retire features; if we ever discontinue the service we'll give you reasonable notice to export your data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, CANAV Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including missed payments, fees, interest or credit effects — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Reminders are best-effort aids, not a guarantee; the obligation to pay on time remains yours.

9. Termination

You can stop using Planzee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (6, 8, 10) survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are unaffected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
